Bookmarks, Flowers, Heart, Motifs and an Alligator

Anika tatted this cross in size 20 thread in what might be Spring colour but she thinks the beads are too big for it.

Nancy liked Martha's version of Grandmother's garden which is worked up with lots of small motifs, but she decided on different flowers and this is what she has so far.

Ann has used a heart and the start of a doily to frame this silhouette of a couple in love. It's nice to see some people still believe in love forever!

Fox is working on the motif from the Tatter's Treasure Chest in some vintage Coats and Clark size 70 thread, which broke - which either calls for a moment of silence, or some choice words to turn the air blue depending on your mood at the moment. It's still a nice motif.

Gina tatted the alligator bookmark from Dianna Stevens' Animal Bookmarks, A Tatted Zoo for an exchange. She used size 20 Flora variegated for the green and size 20 Lizbeth Mocha for the brown.

Liyarra has decided to do bookmarks for her 3rd round of the challenge. The first pattern is Rosy Ironbark by Karen Bickerton from Queensland Australia, done in Altin Basak 50. The next pattern is from Just Marking Tome by Julie Patterson tatted in Lizbeth Dark Purple 40 with gold Delica beads on it. The third one is another design from Just Marking Tome by Julie Patterson and it's tatted in Manuela 204 size 20.

Sherry has used a backdrop of vintage style tatted motifs to display a hook pen being given away in her Mondo Monday giveaway.
