Lots of Hearts and New Designs

The Guidelines
1. Permission to copy. When a participant joins they are authorizing us to copy their pictures to be shown on the challenge blog.
2. There is no need to advise the Challenge Team to let let us know when you've added things to your blog. We check all of the blogs when we do an update.
3. We can't keep track of how many motifs each person does. You may post articles of tatting that you don't plan on including in your 25, or you may post a pair of earrings and count each earring as a separate motif. We don't read minds, so it's up to each participant to tell us when they have reached their goal of 25.
4. We know from past experience that the challenge is addictive. If you finish and plan on doing it again let us know so that we continue to check your blog on a regular basis.
5. Whenever you get a chance don't just view the pictures here, take the time to click on the links to people's blogs and read all about what they are doing, instead of just getting the snippets of it here. People like it when you take the time to visit their blog and comment on their work. A lot of the fun of the challenge is that we get to know each other and encourage one another to try new things.

Mica feels like she does not have a lot of tatting to show us because she is working on a doily right now and only posts pictures of it when it is completed. I think she has been busy and has a lot to share including these bugs and onion ring edging.

Linda made a pair of pillow cases with a tatted edging that she attached using invisible thread.

Charlotte has tatted Georgia Seitz's Basic Split Ring Heart as Motif #16 of the challenge but when doing so she broke her Mother of Pearl tatting shuttle so she did what all good tatters do and used it as an opportunity to place an order for supplies.

Steph has tatted two beautiful hearts one using beads and the other using beads and buttons.

Ancolie likes to keep her hands busy tatting when she watches television and she had time to tat this heart while watching some boring television last night.

Carol tatted a little heart by Billy Heisler and a pin using Jane Eborall's Lotus Flower pattern to match her shirt.

Anne showed us Ringtrim a Micro Dragon she now shows us changes that Anitra made to the pattern to turn it into a fire breathing Dragon and then an adorable Humming bird.

Diane has tatted, can you guess? A Spinning Wheel Glass Mat in Choco Raspberry HDT from Pamela Myers.

Joy has finished Grandmother's Flower Garden. She got tired of the pattern and decided to stop at 4 flowers.

Jeff has made two pair of earrings for his mom using YarnPlayers patterns they are Carnival and Quidrille.

Wally has tatted a motif that looks nice to me but she thinks it needs something to finish it so it is in the wait and see pile. She is also tatting some insertions for her Mom to use in a blouse she bought.

Vinnie is seeking peoples opinions about some edgings she is thinking of using and she has tatted a cluny shooting star bookmark.
